Riverside County Traffic School FAQ
Quick answers for the parts that are specific to a Riverside citation: ePay-it, court payment, Western versus Desert Region, the completion deadline, and what Freeway reports after the course.
Before you enroll
How do I find my Riverside case and request traffic school?
Search the citation in Riverside ePay-it or call the automated line at (951) 222-0384. For a clerk, call (951) 777-3147. The court decides whether the violation is eligible; registration with a school does not create permission.
Which court code belongs with my enrollment?
33460 is the Western Region code used for Banning, Corona, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, and the other western branches. 33450 is the Desert Region code used for Blythe and Larson Justice Center in Indio. Confirm the courthouse on the citation or ePay-it record before choosing.
Banning, Corona, Moreno Valley, Murrieta, and other western Riverside County assignments.
Blythe and Larson Justice Center in Indio, including Coachella Valley and far-east desert assignments.
How do I know which courthouse has my ticket?
Use the hearing location printed on the citation or shown in ePay-it. The closest courthouse to your home is not necessarily the filing location. Our Riverside court directory explains the served areas and links to each courthouse guide.
What do I pay Riverside Superior Court?
The court collects the fine or bail and a separate traffic-school administrative fee. The site currently lists the court fee as $52, but fees can change, so verify the amount in ePay-it before paying. None of that payment is the Freeway course price.
What is the Riverside completion deadline?
Riverside generally allows 60 days from the appearance date and one 60-day extension through ePay-it, phone, or mail. Use the date on your own case record. A longer request must be submitted in writing and is reviewed by the court.

How does the California 18-month rule apply?
Measure the 18 months from the prior violation date to the current violation date, not from the day you attended or completed the earlier course. Riverside Superior Court makes the final eligibility decision.
How much is the course, and when do I pay?
Start with no course payment due today and pay the $39 promotional price when you pass. The promotion runs through October 29, 2026; the regular price is $49. Court fees are separate.
Can I stop and return from another device?
Yes. Your completed work is saved between sessions, so you can pause and continue from a phone, tablet, or computer. Leave enough time before the court deadline for completion reporting and the case record to update.
How does Riverside receive my completion?
Freeway reports a completed California course electronically. Keep your completion information and check the court record if you need confirmation before the deadline. Make sure the case details and region code used at enrollment match the court record.
Is the course available in Spanish?
Yes. Use the Riverside Spanish page to register through the Spanish enrollment path. For help with the course, email info@freewaytrafficschool.com or call (951) 688-7077.
